T3 Charging cables for France

In France, many charging points use the EV Aliiance Type 3C socket for EV Charging. The reason France adheres to this plug is because a law in France stipulates that every publicly available electric socket should have a physical cover so people can not be electrocuted by touching the contacts.

Since there is no current allowed on the contact pins without communication between car and charging station in mode 3 charging, that risk is almost zero, but still this law results in some sockets in France being of the Type 3.

Our cables are available in single and 3-phase versions with Type 3 connectors on the infrastructure side, and Type 1 or Type 2 connectors on the vehicle side, and also with Tesla button integrated. Order any length you need...
