Refund Policy:

Our EV cables are made-to-order (custom made) for each customer order. We only offer a refund within 14 calendar days, if the cable shipped is defective or damaged. Where appropriate, the customer will be liable for shipping costs. We encourage all consumers to carefully choose the length of the EV cable and type of EV cable before placing an order, to avoid ordering either the wrong length or cable type. We are more than happy to answer questions from the customer before the order is placed, such that the customer can purchase the correct EV cable for their needs.

Warranty Policy:

We offer a two year performance guarantee for our EV cables from the date of receipt of goods by the consumer. The guarantee is subject to fair use and maintenance by the customer. Cables damaged due to poor maintenance, incorrect storage or unfair use and damage by customer will not qualify for the guarantee. Depending on the circumstances, we will either repair or replace the EV cable. You can email us to learn more about how to maintain, store and appropriately use an EV cable.
